Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator
to support the sales team in managing customer orders, sales documentation, MIS, coordination with internal teams, and day-to-day sales operations. The role will act as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process
customer orders
from receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding
order status, availability, pricing, dispatch, and delivery timelines
.
- Prepare and maintain
Sales MIS reports
including orders, sales, pending orders, dispatches, collections, and other relevant sales data.
- Maintain accurate and updated
customer and sales records
in Excel/ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the
warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations teams




for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Follow up on
pending customer orders, backorders, deliveries, and order-related issues
.
- Prepare
quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related documentation
as required.
- Track and update
daily/monthly sales performance
against targets.
- Support the sales team in preparing
weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, and business updates
.
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding
customer outstanding payments, credit limits, and payment follow-ups
, wherever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of
purchase orders, customer communications, invoices, and dispatch details
.
- Ensure timely communication of order-related updates to customers and the concerned sales team members.
- Assist in resolving
customer queries and order-related discrepancies
by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
- Maintain a database
