Responsibilities
- User Management:



Create and manage roles, groups, and permissions so employees only see data meant for them.
- System Updates: Apply software patches and upgrades to keep the portal secure and working well.
- Content Management: Create and update iViews (small portal applications), pages, and layouts.
- Troubleshooting: Fix login errors, navigation problems, and connection issues between the portal and back-end systems.
- Monitoring: Check server health, logs, and system performance to prevent crashes.
