Job Title: Spa Therapist / Massage TherapistJob OverviewWe are looking for a qualified and customer-oriented Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional wellness treatments, body massages, and therapies designed to provide an outstanding relaxation experience. You will maintain a serene environment, follow strict hygiene standards, and recommend custom treatments or wellness products based on client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional body massages, therapies, and body treatments (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic, or Balinese).Consult with clients to assess their medical history, pain points, or specific physical needs before starting any therapy.Prepare and organize the treatment room with clean linens, correct lighting, background music,



and thermal settings.Ensure the highest level of sanitization and hygiene for all equipment, therapy tools, and towels before and after each session.Maintain precise records of client preferences, medical allergies, treatment history, and physical progress.Promote and upsell spa packages, specialty skincare items, and retail retail beauty/wellness products.Track and restock oils, lotions, creams, and inventory supplies to prevent shortages.Address guest feedback and complaints gracefully to ensure total client satisfaction and retention

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
