About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and field-oriented Marketing & Outreach Executive for an e-waste management company. This is not a digital marketing or desk-based role.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, meeting people, building relationships, organizing events and collection drives, visiting potential partners, and creating awareness around responsible e-waste disposal and recycling.

We need someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and execute initiatives personally, rather than only planning them from an office.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to corporates, offices, educational institutions, residential societies, retailers, NGOs, and other potential partners.
- Build relationships with corporate organizations, facility managers, administration teams, institutions, RWAs, sustainability teams, and local communities.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, e-waste collection programs, awareness campaigns, and recycling initiatives.
- Plan and execute e-waste collection drives,



awareness programs, workshops, exhibitions, corporate events, and community events.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking meets, conferences, exhibitions, and sustainability forums.
- Develop a robust local network and generate business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and face-to-face engagement.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for collection, logistics, event execution, and partner requirements.
- Conduct presentations and awareness sessions explaining responsible e-waste management and the company’s services.
- Visit prospective customers and partners regularly and maintain active follow-ups.
- Identify new locations, organizations, and communities where e-waste collection initiatives can be conducted.
