We are looking for a resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands how to find the right people through smart sourcing, networking, referrals, and unconventional hiring channels. If you know how to identify quality candidates, build relationships, and close positions quickly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities-
- Understand hiring requirements by working closely with department managers.
- Translate business requirements into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Create and refine job descriptions wherever required.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, X-ray searches, job portals, communities, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Reach out proactively to passive candidates with personalized communication.




- Identify and experiment with current sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, hiring partners, and niche consultants.
- Drive employee referral programs and develop external referral networks.
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, communication, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a database of high-quality candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track hiring metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience-
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Prior hiring experience in the Education, EdTech, Publishing, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search techniques, and talent sourcing.
