Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes.
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications.
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve strategic objectives.
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and decision-making.
- Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management and related tools.
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery.
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance.
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.

What You Must Have :
- At least a bachelor's degree




- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart :
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems.
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
- Knowledge in AI/SCM/EPM or Finance.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain optimization.
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects.
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance project delivery.
- Developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same.
