Job Title: F&A; Transformation - AGM/AVP

Location: Hyderabad

Candidate Expectations
Proven experience in transforming Finance business functions (PTP/OTC/RTR) .

End-to-end ownership of large, strategic transformation programs, from conceptualization to realization

Strong exposure to consulting-led transformation engagements

Ability to operate at leadership and CXO stakeholder levels

Key Responsibilities
Actively originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in-scope processes with input from functional and domain experts

Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at both country and global levels

Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights on how digital finance and HR solutions address business challenges

Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification

Work closely with cross-functional teams—Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams—to build, test,



and deploy transformation solutions

Design and deliver innovative solution demonstrations, tailored POCs, and techno-functional presentations aligned to customer needs

Act as a bridge between IT, Business, and Pre-Sales teams, translating business requirements into feasible technology solutions

Collaborate with alliance partners and managers to assess applicability and usage of platforms, products, and partnerships

Recommend optimal ecosystem-led solutions to deliver maximum transformation value

Establish strong governance frameworks for transformation delivery and advantages realization

Define a transformation measurement framework, KPIs, and standardized ways of working

Guide project and process teams on defining, tracking, and achieving transformation milestones

Track, analyze, and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement of transformation outcomes
