About the Role

Assure Clinics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Senior Consultant
for our Hyderabad centre.

We are looking for a solid sales professional with experience in
Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Aesthetics, Cosmetic Surgery, or other high-value healthcare services
who can independently manage consultations and convert prospective patients into procedures.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales and consultation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed one-to-one consultations with prospective patients.
- Understand patient concerns, requirements, and expectations.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, packages and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Build trust and guide patients through their decision-making process.
- Convert consultations into confirmed procedures.




- Handle objections related to pricing, competition, results and treatment plans effectively.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
- Achieve individual monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate consultation and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, calling teams and centre operations.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the consultation and closure process.

Who We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience
in consultation, counselling or sales.
- Experience in
Hair Transplant / Dermatology / Aesthetics / Cosmetic Surgery / IVF / Dental / Bariatric or similar healthcare segments
preferred.
- Proven experience in handling and closing high-value treatments or procedures.
- Strong consultation, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
