Position: Store Executive

Location: Kolhapur

Reports To: Store Manager / Head – Stores

Chemtech Process Technologies is engaged in the field of Water and Wastewater Treatment Project Equipment Manufacturing with two manufacturing units located in Kagal Five Star MIDC, Kolhapur.

Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and documentation of materials. The role ensures timely availability of materials for production and project execution while maintaining accurate inventory records, proper storage practices, and compliance with company procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, engineering components, fabricated items, consumables, and project materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Issue materials to Production, Projects,



and other departments as per approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/software entries.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counting, and annual physical inventory, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Production, Engineering, and Accounts for smooth material flow and documentation.
- Verify delivery challans, invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and other storerelated documents.
- Track material movement, pending receipts, returns, rejected materials, and nonmoving inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, transfer, and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices (where applicable) and company inventory procedures.
