Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily customer site visits for product presentations, measurements, and sales discussions.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

3. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market networking.

4. Develop business through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants when direct customer leads are unavailable.

5. Meet prospective customers, explain product features, pricing, and benefits, and maintain regular follow-ups until sales closure.

6. Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on site measurements and customer requirements.

7. Negotiate and close sales orders while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

8. Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors,



and other channel partners to generate continuous business.

9. Submit daily reports on customer visits, lead status, quotations, and sales closures while maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements:

1. Experience in B2C sales is preferred.

2. Candidates with experience in uPVC windows, aluminium windows, coolers, sanitaryware, or the building materials industry will be given preference.

3. Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.

4. Willingness to travel for field visits.

5. Good communication and relationship building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
