?Position Overview

As a Founding Finance & Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with the Founder to understand the financial architecture behind successful companies like Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, and Swiggy Instamart.

This role is not accounting or bookkeeping.

Your responsibility is to understand how businesses generate revenue, manage costs, price products, allocate capital, and build sustainable business models.

Your research and financial analysis will directly support strategic decisions at GharTak.

?Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

Analyze business financial models and revenue streams.





Study company cost structures and profitability.

Understand pricing strategies and discount economics.

Build financial and unit economics models.

?Business Strategy

Evaluate business expansion strategies.

Analyze market opportunities from a financial perspective.

Research investment and fundraising strategies.

Support strategic business planning.

?Competitive Financial Research

Reverse engineer financial models of leading companies.

Study public financial statements and investor presentations.

Analyze funding rounds, valuation, and capital allocation.

Compare financial performance across competitors.

?Financial Modelling

Build revenue projections.

Develop cost and profitability models.

Perform break-even analysis.

Estimate customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).

Create business scenario analyses.
