We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with robust expertise in Figma to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into engaging UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using Figma .
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Experience working with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Knowledge of creating design systems and reusable components.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
