Role Overview

FlyTravio is looking for an Assistant Manager Bus Alliances & Business Development to drive the growth of the Bus vertical through strategic operator partnerships, customer/agent onboarding, marketing initiatives and commercial negotiations.

The role will be responsible for building bus operator alliances, negotiating competitive rates and commercial terms, onboarding new customers/agents, driving booking volumes and expanding FlyTravios bus network and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bus Operator Alliances Identify, approach and establish partnerships with major bus operators, aggregators and regional operators to expand FlyTravio’s bus inventory.
2. Rate Negotiation – Negotiate competitive fares, commissions, incentives, mark-ups,



payment terms and volume-based commercial benefits with bus operators and suppliers.
3. Customer & Agent Onboarding – Identify and onboard new B2B agents, travel partners and strategic customers to generate incremental bus booking volumes.
4. Business Development – Develop and execute strategies to increase bookings, revenue and market share for the Bus vertical across key routes and cities.
5. Marketing & Promotions – Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute route-specific campaigns, promotional offers, coupon campaigns and operator-funded promotions.
6. Route Expansion – Identify high-demand routes, underserved markets and recent operator opportunities to improve network coverage and customer choice.
7. Commercial Deals – Develop volume-based and preferential commercial arrangements, including special fares, incentives, rebates, exclusive deals and promotional inventory.
