We are looking for an experienced Tender & Billing Manager to handle tender preparation, estimation, quotation, billing, and commercial activities for construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction procedures, BOQ, rate analysis, client billing, and tender documentation.

Tender & Contracts - Min of 20 yrs to Max of 25yrs experience in managing tender & contracts related complete activity.

Job Location : Coimbatore
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and estimates for construction projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and scope of work.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and comparative statements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for tender and billing requirements.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills.




- Check quantities, measurements, work completion, and supporting documents.
- Monitor project costs and ensure billing is submitted on time.
- Handle BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, variations, and extra-item claims.
- Coordinate with the site team for measurement and billing documentation.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, quotations, bills, and commercial documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding bill certification and payment status.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
