Were looking for a Commis Pastry Chef who wants to learn, experiment and grow with a kitchen that believes pastry can be thoughtful, seasonal, creative and responsible.
You’ll work closely with our pastry team across prep, production and service, while learning to work with ingredients respectfully and with intention — from using what’s in season to thinking about waste, sourcing and making every component count.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is genuinely curious about food and pastry
Cares about ingredients and where they come from
Has respect for farmers, producers and the people behind the food
Is disciplined, detail-oriented and willing to learn
Wants to be part of building a better way of doing hospitality
You don’t need to know everything. But you do need to care.
