Key Responsibilities:
- Intensive research of the focus areas - healthcare, food, consumer, climate and technology.
- Deal origination and evaluation
- Tracking of market trends and developments
- Preparation and review of deal documents such as Investment Memorandum, issuance of Term Sheets, drafting of Shareholder Agreements etc.)
What we are looking for:
- Good investment track record in PE/VC
- 5-15 years of relevant working experience in venture capital/private equity investments at leading funds
- Team player
- Strong networking skills
- Robust academic credentials (preferably MBA/PGDM) from top tier institutions
- Prior experience in focus areas would be a plus
- High degree of attention to detail
- Comfortable in handling ambiguity
- Strong research capability
