Role Description
The Courier Delivery Supervisor is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily courier operations and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries within CoreMile’s network. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup, the supervisor will coordinate courier schedules, monitor route performance, and address operational issues, with some tasks performed from home such as reporting, planning, and communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising courier teams, tracking delivery status, managing exceptions, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality,



and performance standards. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, collaborating with operations and customer support teams, analyzing performance data, and implementing process improvements. The Courier Delivery Supervisor will prepare regular operational reports, support training and coaching of couriers, and help maintain a culture of reliability and accountability.
