Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic In-Shop Sales Executive to handle customer interactions and sales at a jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining jewellery products, assisting with product selection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain features, designs, pricing, and benefits of gold and jewellery products.
- Handle gold jewellery and diamond jewellery sales.
- Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.




- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom standards.
- Coordinate with billing and other showroom teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain knowledge of current jewellery collections, offers, and promotions.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
