Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Associate - Network Security to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities
- Role Summary: G5 Network Operations Engineer (Intermediate L1 / Junior L2). G5 engineers bring foundational hands-on expertise. They resolve moderately complex issues and help stabilize incidents before escalating to L2/L3.
- Perform deeper L1 troubleshooting: Interface utilization / errors analysis
- Basic routing checks (static routes, OSPF neighbours status)
- VPN tunnel state checks
- Firewall rule verification (read-only)
- Own incident tickets until resolution or justified escalation.
- Work with ISPs to troubleshoot WAN link issues (CRC errors, flaps, latency).
- Assist in executing standard changes under guidance (e.g., port configuration, VLAN assignment).
- Support planned maintenance: device checks, pre-/post-validation.
- Mentor G4 engineers and review their ticket quality.
- Maintain network documentation and runbooks.
