Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of activities.
- Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and organizational compliances are effectively managed and completed within the prescribed due dates.
- Monitor compliance calendars, deadlines, filings, renewals, and other statutory requirements to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and external authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Maintain proper records, registers, reports, and documentation related to operational and compliance activities.
- Review operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify operational and compliance-related risks and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports, statements, returns, and other required documentation within stipulated timelines.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of compliance and operational matters.




- Support management in implementing effective processes and controls for smooth business operations.
- Ensure proper coordination among different departments to achieve operational objectives.
- Monitor key activities, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate critical matters to management when required.
- Assist in audits, inspections, assessments, and other compliance reviews by providing necessary information and documentation.
- Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate with strong experience in managing day-to-day operations and administrative activities in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
- Proven expertise in handling and monitoring statutory, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory compliances within prescribed due dates.
