Job Overview

Q Way Technologies is looking for experienced AR Calling professionals to join our team in Mysuru. Candidates should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, preferably in the healthcare/medical billing domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end AR Calling processes for healthcare/medical billing.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies/payers regarding outstanding claims.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, underpaid, and unpaid claims.
- Verify claim status, payment details, and reasons for non-payment.
- Work on AR follow-up, claim resolution, and payment recovery.
- Handle insurance portals and payer websites for claim status and documentation.
- Identify denial reasons and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update claim/account status.




- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal billing, coding, and payment posting teams when required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in AR Calling / Accounts Receivable.
- Strong experience in end-to-end AR process.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare/medical billing and insurance processes.
- Experience handling claims, denials, rejections, appeals, and payment follow-ups.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet process targets.
- Willingness to work in US shifts, as applicable
