About the Role

RB LawCorp is looking for a tech-savvy Sales professional who can drive the marketing and sales of our in-house HRMS and Legal Case Management Software solutions.

The role will be primarily sales-oriented, involving lead generation, client acquisition, product demonstrations, relationship management, and converting prospects into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should understand HRMS / HR technology and be confident in presenting software solutions to HR teams, corporates, law firms, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients for the firm's HRMS and Legal Software.
- Coordinate with the development/technical team for product development, redevelopment, upgrades, and current feature requirements based on client feedback, market trends, and business requirements.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to product demonstration, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.




- Conduct professional and convincing product demos for prospective clients.
- Understand the client's requirements and demonstrate how the software can solve their business and HR-related challenges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, CXOs, Legal Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, meetings, and other business development activities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, presentations, and client communication.
- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities for the software.
- Coordinate with the internal technology/product team for client requirements, demos, customizations, and onboarding.
- Gather client feedback and communicate market requirements to the internal team for future product improvements.
