About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing large-scale outbound email campaigns.

This is not a newsletter or email design role.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified B2B opportunities through cold email while maintaining solid deliverability, targeting the right decision-makers, and continuously improving positive reply and meeting-booking rates.

Successful high-volume email marketing is not simply about sending more emails.



It requires the right data, infrastructure, segmentation, copy, deliverability, testing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-volume B2B cold email campaigns.
- Manage multiple sending domains and email inboxes.
- Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and other email authentication records.
- Manage inbox warm-up and sender reputation.
- Monitor domain and mailbox health.
- Scale sending volume while maintaining strong deliverability.
- Target relevant B2B decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CMOs, marketing heads, agency owners, and department heads.
- Segment leads based on industry, geography, company size, designation, and other relevant criteria.
- Verify email databases and maintain clean lead lists.
- Monitor and control bounce rates.
- Write and test cold email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up sequences.
- Build multi-step automated outreach campaign
