Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Consultant – Strategy & Campaign Lead to lead the conceptualisation, development, and execution of high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in public policy, social media, campaign strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, from ideation and positioning to execution.
- Develop campaign messaging, storytelling frameworks, and overall content direction.
- Review and approve creatives, scripts, and content to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
- Manage influencer relationships, including onboarding, briefing, coordination, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and content calendars.
- Serve as the primary client interface and ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimisations.
- Lead campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis,



and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and adherence to relevant platform and policy guidelines.
- Mentor and guide Consultants and other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
