Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and basic network systems, and supporting end users with day-to-day IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications
- Handle basic networking issues including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
- Support and set up video conferencing systems and tools
- Perform system upgrades, patches,



and basic preventive maintenance
- Configure and manage user accounts and permissions
- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and access problems

Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in desktop / IT support
- Strong hardware and networking knowledge
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Experience supporting video conferencing setups
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environment
- Good understanding of Windows OS installation and configuration
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
