About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee the service, repair, and overall fleet reliability of our Aerial Work Platform (AWP), Telehandlers & Cranes.

Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Maintenance & Reliability: Lead preventive maintenance programs, corrective repairs, and annual safety inspections for all AWP/MEWP equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule shop technicians and field mechanics; conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of safety.
- Compliance & Inspections: Ensure all equipment meets OEM standards, keeping accurate inspection records and documentation for auditing.
- Diagnostics & Quality Control: Troubleshooting complex hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems; conduct final quality control checks on repaired machinery.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, monitor supplier performance, negotiate parts pricing,



and manage third-party service vendors.
- Budget & Operations: Manage the maintenance budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs) like fleet uptime and turnaround times, and lower total cost of ownership.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of servicing Construction Equipments like, Forklift, Cranes, with at least 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in hydraulic systems, AC/DC electrical schematics, CAN-bus controls, diesel engines, and battery/hybrid powertrains.

Perks & Compensation
- Salary Range will be Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 75,000/- CTC this is just for your reference.
- Final Salary will be decided at the time of Interview only.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
