Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, generating quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage paid campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

Required Skills
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets independently.
- Result-oriented approach with good communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with a proven track record of generating quality leads, reducing CPL, and improving campaign ROI/ROAS will be preferred.
