We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore and play a key role in developing and strengthening our domestic market presence.

Area Sales Manager – Domestic Marketing

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry: Tiles / Ceramic / Building Materials preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and expand the domestic market in Bangalore and surrounding areas.

* Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

* Build strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

* Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

* Conduct regular market visits and understand market trends, pricing and competitor activities.

* Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network.





* Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors and other key influencers.

* Ensure proper product presentation and brand visibility in the market.

* Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders and payments.

* Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.

* Plan and execute sales strategies for territory growth.

* Work closely with the management and internal teams for smooth order execution.

* Take ownership of business development and overall sales growth for the assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in domestic sales/marketing.

* Experience in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.

* Robust knowledge of the Bangalore market and dealer network.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
