Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Representative who will be responsible for building strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and other potential referral partners.

The candidate will represent the hospital professionally, conduct regular meetings and visits, understand client requirements, negotiate business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of hospital services and patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals to develop professional relationships.
- Introduce and promote the hospital's services, facilities, specialties, and healthcare offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinic owners.
- Generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing referral networks.




- Conduct face-to-face meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Understand requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial business arrangements.
- Follow up with doctors, clinics, and prospective business partners regularly.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of business/referral requirements.
- Monitor market activities and competitor offerings and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent professional representation of the hospital during all external meetings and visits.
