Job Description
As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Trade Sales department. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. You will be responsible for managing and growing our dealer and distributor network, ensuring a solid presence in the B2C channel.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team and management on market trends and customer needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train and support dealers and distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand promotion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance,



identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
