Job Description – Contract and tendering Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
- Tender Preparation & Bidding: Review tender requests, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to compile comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
- Cost Estimation & Pricing: Perform rate analysis, budget estimations, and cost breakdowns while coordinating with procurement teams for vendor quotes.
- Contract Drafting & Review: Analyze contract terms and conditions, draft agreements, and ensure alignment with corporate and legal standards.
- Risk & Claim Management: Identify project risk factors during the bidding phase and assist in handling variations, change orders, or contractual claims during execution.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers,



and internal engineering departments to clarify technical specifications and negotiate terms.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary: As per experience and suitability
