Job Responsibilities

Teach Economics to Senior Secondary students (Classes XI-XII).

Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based and student-centric lessons.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests and study material.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluate students' academic progress.

Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations and competitive exams.

Use real-life examples, current economic developments and practical applications to explain concepts.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Provide academic guidance, feedback and mentoring to students.

Coordinate with parents, colleagues and school management regarding students' progress.

Participate in school activities,



meetings, workshops and other academic responsibilities.

Requirements

Master's degree in Economics with B.Ed. from a recognized institution.

Robust knowledge of Economics concepts and CBSE curriculum.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to use innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools.

Prior experience teaching Economics at the Senior Secondary level will be preferred.
