About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Head of E-commerce to take complete ownership of the online business and drive significant, scalable and profitable revenue growth for a premium, celebrity-led saree brand.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for e-commerce strategy, online revenue, sales growth, customer acquisition, conversion, digital merchandising, marketplaces, quick commerce, website performance and overall e-commerce profitability.

The ideal candidate must have a robust track record of scaling large e-commerce businesses and should have experience managing or contributing to a business generating ₹50 Crores+ in annual revenue, preferably in fashion, apparel, D2C, lifestyle or other consumer-facing categories.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the brand's e-commerce business, online revenue and digital sales performance.




- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy in alignment with the brand's business objectives.
- Drive online revenue, conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), customer acquisition and customer retention.
- Manage and optimise the brand's website/storefront, preferably on Shopify or equivalent platforms.
- Develop and execute online merchandising and product-placement strategies.
- Lead the brand's presence across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
- Identify and develop opportunities across relevant quick-commerce platforms and emerging digital commerce channels.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, website performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Own the online product launch, collection, promotional and commercial calendar.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative and Brand teams to maximise revenue from digital traffic and campaigns.
