Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information about company products/services.
- Maintain good customer relationships and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi & English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer handling experience will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
