Position's General Duties and Tasks

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer reported issues and project requirements
- Provide estimates, impact analyses, feasibility assessments for SAP based solutions for customer requirements
- Create functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements and projects
- Perform solution configuratons in SD module
- Create specifications for ABAP developments
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and coordinate UAT
- Perform root cause and impact analysis; documentation and training as required
- Provide SAP thought leadership and recommend improvements and consulting services
- Flexible to work in different shifts as per project need.

Requirements
- Needs to have 7+ yrs of experience in implementation Support of SAP SD module
- Strong knowledge of pricing, ATP checks functionalities; EDI and SAP interface processing techniques and capabilities
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM Procurement,



Inventory management and subcontracting processes and capabilities
- Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution configurations
- In depth knowledge of After Market business processes including Service, Warranty processing and Dealer Management

Preferences
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution.
- Valuable consulting skills to gather information requirements and participate in analysis and user interface design discussions.

Schedule

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (05.30am to 05.30 pm PST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to work on weekends for any urgent business requirement.
