Dhanvik Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible Factory & Project Coordinator to support manufacturing plant setup and day-to-day coordination activities at Bagru Industrial Area, Jaipur.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

Good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

Good email drafting skills

Strong documentation skills

Good follow-up and coordination skills

Basic English & Hindi communication

Vendor coordination experience

Basic knowledge of internet and online portals

Good communication skills

Responsible, organized and proactive approach

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Manufacturing / Industrial / Plant experience

ERP/software knowledge

Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes

Experience with government online portals

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Daily coordination of factory setup activities

Follow-up with vendors, contractors

Maintaining factory and project documentation

Tracking statutory approvals and required certificates

Supporting machinery installation and commissioning activities

Maintaining daily/weekly project status reports

Assisting in preparation of company profile, product catalogue and marketing material

Maintaining records
