- Manage day-to-day electrical O&M; activities at the Ash Handling Plant.
- Supervise preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT systems, motors, MCC/PCC panels, transformers, switchgear and control panels.
- Monitor electrical equipment parameters and identify abnormalities.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
- Plan and supervise shutdown and major maintenance activities.
- Lead and allocate work to Electrical Engineers, Technicians and contract manpower.
- Coordinate with Mechanical and C&I; teams for smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper inspection, testing, cable termination and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports, equipment history and MIS.
- Ensure strict compliance with PTW, LOTO and electrical safety procedures.
- Coordinate with client representatives and site management for operational and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor critical electrical spares and coordinate with Stores/Procurement for availability.
