Job Purpose

To manage the maintenance, availability, serviceability, and operational readiness of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used for aircraft ground handling and MRO operations. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, equipment records, and compliance with aviation safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for GSE.
- Ensure availability, serviceability, and operational readiness of critical equipment.
- Coordinate GSE inspections, troubleshooting, breakdown repairs, and timely rectification.
- Maintain equipment schedules, service records, maintenance history, and asset documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, spare parts, and technical support.
- Monitor GSE utilization, performance, maintenance costs, and recurring breakdowns.
- Support GSE procurement, replacement,



and lifecycle planning.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Stores, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
- Prepare GSE status, maintenance, performance, and management reports.

Key Requirements
- Minimum
4+ years of relevant experience
in GSE maintenance within an Airline, MRO, Airport, or aviation environment is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GSE maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment operations, and serviceability management.
- Hands-on experience with
GPU, ASU, Pushback Tractors, Towbar Equipment, AC Units, Belt Loaders, Passenger Steps, and Ground Support Vehicles

- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of GSE.
- Knowledge of aviation safety requirements and operational standards.
