CFA Manager 2-3 years – Bangalore

An exciting opportunity for a CFA Manager to manage CFA, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, freight, and transportation operations in a quick-paced E-commerce / Quick Commerce environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient movement of products, inventory accuracy, and smooth distribution operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage CFA and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory storage and stock levels.
2. Coordinate freight inward and outward movements.
3. Manage logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
4. Oversee order processing, dispatch, and distribution activities.
5. Maintain inventory visibility and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, logistics partners,



and distribution stakeholders.

Requirements

1. 5–6 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
2. Strong hands-on experience in CFA and warehouse operations.
3. Experience handling freight inward and outward operations.
4. Strong understanding of inventory management, dispatch, logistics, and distribution.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume supply chain environment.
6. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates from E-commerce and Quick Commerce companies with strong exposure to CFA, warehouse, inventory, freight, dispatch, and transportation operations will be preferred.
