*US Accounts Manager* with *6+ years of work experience* required in a *US-based CPA firm* at *Dahisar, Mumbai*

*Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm*

JD:

* *Managing daily transaction entries and performing data accuracy checks to support US accounting operations*

* *Handling month-end closure of US accounts and ensuring timely finalization of books*

* *Managing bank reconciliations, AP/AR transactions,* and maintaining the general ledger as per guidelines

* *Preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports* for management review

* *Handling sales tax calculations* and ensuring compliance requirements are completed

* *Coordinating with CPAs for statutory compliance* on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

* *Managing quarterly sales tax workings and filings*

* *Coordinating effectively with India & US teams, CPAs, foreign clients, and external agencies*





* *Supporting audits and maintaining up-to-date documentation as per US accounting standards*

Salary *up to Rs 70,000 per month (can be increased for a suitable candidate)*
