About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Manager who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, handling client queries and concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing requirements and services.




- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor service quality and ensure commitments are fulfilled on time.
- Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and documentation.
- Track pending requirements and follow up with the concerned teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate major issues to senior management when required.
- Support the team in achieving client retention and business targets.
- Collect client feedback and communicate improvement areas to management.
