Role & Responsibilities
- Lead MongoDB data architecture and large-scale migration from legacy/mainframe systems to MongoDB.
- Design canonical data models and optimized MongoDB schemas (embedding/referencing).
- Handle data discovery, reverse engineering, transformation, cleansing, mapping and reconciliation.
- Implement MongoDB Atlas, sharding, replication, indexing, aggregation and performance tuning.
- Develop migration frameworks, data pipelines and archival strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business rules and undocumented data relationships.
- Support API design on MongoDB Atlas and mentor teams on NoSQL best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 610 years of overall experience with strong hands-on MongoDB/NoSQL expertise.




- Mandatory: MongoDB + Data Migration + AWS.
- Strong experience in RDBMS/SQL to MongoDB migration, data modeling and schema design.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas cluster configuration, sharding, replication and performance tuning.
- Experience with Python/Spark, ETL/ELT and data pipelines.
- Valuable to have: Mainframe, VSAM, COBOL copybooks, flat files/hierarchical data.
- Experience with GCP and banking/insurance/government legacy systems is an advantage.
- Locations: Noida / Bangalore / Pune / Indore.
