Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows & VMware Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in managing enterprise Windows Server and VMware virtualization environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 24x7 infrastructure monitoring, incident and event management, patch management, service request fulfilment, and maintaining the overall health and availability of server infrastructure. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to ITIL practices, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Technical Skills

Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Administration VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Administration Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,



Group Policy Windows Server Patching and Update Management Event Monitoring Tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.) ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management) PowerShell scripting for automation and administration Basic storage and backup concepts Understanding of virtualization, networking, and infrastructure services.

Qualifications bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server and VMware administration. Experience in enterprise data center operations and infrastructure support. Understanding of ITIL Service Management processes.
