Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Database with the ability to query and troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- Grafana
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management and tracking.
- Experience in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.
- Ability to implement and manage changes in the environment.
- Exposure to AI Automation and automation-driven support processes.
