Role & responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations at a food manufacturing facility, ensuring achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, hygiene and employee safety.

The role will lead production planning, manpower deployment, process control, productivity improvement, material utilization, equipment efficiency and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Candidates with a relevant degree/diploma and robust food-manufacturing experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC food-safety systems is preferred.
