Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across key social platforms. The role will be responsible for content planning, execution, engagement, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the monthly social media content calendar.

* Manage platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other relevant channels.

* Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers and marketing teams for creatives.

* Write engaging captions, posts, reels concepts and campaign communication.

* Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community engagement.

* Track trends, competitors and opportunities for timely content.

* Increase reach, engagement, followers and organic visibility.

* Support social media campaigns for webinars, events, launches, lead generation and promotions.

* Monitor comments, messages and audience responses.





* Track performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.

* Identify high-performing content and continuously optimize the social strategy.

* Maintain brand consistency across all social channels.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of social media strategy and content marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

* Good copywriting and communication skills.

* Understanding of Reels, Shorts, video content and current social trends.

* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, scheduling and analytics tools.

* Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred.

* Strong coordination, planning and execution skills.

Experience

7+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Content Marketing.
