Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate with a solid Aeronautical, Aerospace, Aviation, or Aircraft Maintenance background to support aviation parts sourcing, vendor development, asset management, customer operations, and documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing aircraft parts, components, materials, and aviation-related requirements for commercial and defence customers, while coordinating with suppliers, customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Aviation Parts Sourcing & Vendor Development
- Source aircraft parts, components, materials, and aviation spares from domestic and international suppliers.
- Understand customer requirements, aircraft/part specifications, and aviation technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain a network of aviation suppliers, stockists, MROs, OEMs, distributors, and approved vendors.
- Conduct domestic and overseas vendor identification and market research.
- Support indigenous vendor development for aviation and aerospace requirements.




- Search and identify stockists/suppliers for aircraft parts and materials based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers for quotations, availability, lead times, and commercial requirements.

Operations & Order Execution
- Execute operational activities after receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) from customers.
- Coordinate order processing, procurement, logistics, dispatch, and delivery of aviation parts.
- Handle domestic/inland operations for commercial and defence aviation customers.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, including DHL and other freight/logistics service providers.
- Track orders and ensure timely execution against customer requirements.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

Aviation Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to aviation documentation.
