Role Snapshot:
We are hiring a detail‑oriented
Legal Executive/Sr Executive
with
non‑litigation experience
in the
power transmission/distribution or EPC industry
. The role involves contract drafting, negotiation, compliance, and advisory support for large‑scale power projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting
: Draft, review, and negotiate PPAs, TSAs, EPC & O&M; contracts.
- Risk Management
: Identify and mitigate risks in operational agreements.
- Regulatory Compliance
: Advise on Electricity Act, CERC/SERC regulations, and RoW provisions.
- Advisory & Due Diligence
: Support asset due diligence and provide routine legal advisory.

Candidate Profile:
- 2–8 years’ experience in
power/EPC industries
(mandatory).
- Solid foundation in
contract negotiation & risk assessment
.
- LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
- Proficiency in
MS Office & Google Workspace
