Production & Demand Planning: Align master production schedules with material requirements planning to ensure monthly requirement and plan the timely execution coordinating with production team.
- Inventory Control: Manage raw tea material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels to achieve production targets.
- Material Sourcing & Procurement: Oversee localized purchasing, manage supplier contracts, and negotiate local vendor pricing to control Material Cost Variances.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Direct daily warehousing, shipping, receiving, and internal material-handling operations on the factory.
- Risk & Bottleneck Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve supplier delays and logistical bottlenecks to eliminate assembly downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordination with all third party factory vendor management, Internal Factory operation team, quality assurance team and sales and marketing team.
Preferred candidate profile
Good Excel knowledge and data analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, explicit communication style, and comfortable leading teams of third party factory operation in a fast-paced environment.
