Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Manager to manage day-to-day project coordination and ensure smooth execution of telecom/infrastructure projects. The candidate will act as the key coordination point between supervisors, clients, and the management team, ensuring that work is executed as planned and all queries are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all site supervisors on a daily basis and monitor the progress of work at each site.
- Prepare and communicate the daily site plan, ensuring supervisors are aligned with the sites and activities that need to be completed within the day.
- Regularly connect with supervisors to track work execution, manpower deployment, material availability, site issues, and pending activities.
- Coordinate directly with clients and client representatives and respond to their queries regarding work progress and execution.
- Provide clients with regular updates on daily work execution, completed activities, ongoing work, and pending activities.




- Ensure that supervisors understand the required scope of work, priorities, deadlines, and client requirements.
- Follow up with supervisors throughout the day to ensure that planned activities are being completed within the targeted timeline.
- Identify delays, site-level issues, manpower shortages, material requirements, or other constraints and escalate them to management wherever required.
- Maintain proper daily work status and site-wise progress reports.
- Coordinate between the site team and management to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor multiple sites simultaneously and ensure that all assigned sites are progressing according to the project schedule.
- Ensure proper communication between clients, supervisors, engineers, vendors, and the management team.
- Take regular updates, photographs, measurements, and other required site information from supervisors for reporting and billing purposes.
